Opening Ceremony

Goal: Launch a new distribution center for Latin American and Caribbean markets

Yamaha Motors Latin America was launching a distribution center that would service Latin American and Caribbean markets. Located in Miami, the new center was a raw space that needed to be transformed from warehouse to brand showcase. Dealers would be flown in from across the region to learn about the YMLA brand and view the spare parts and accessories built there.

Tapped to produce the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new center, Forums Event Design & Production planned and coordinated the program, which consisted of a quick meet and greet at the YMLA sales offices, a walk-through of the warehouse space and a presentation on the company’s plans to expand its services in the region. Following the ceremony, the dealers were transported to a luxury yacht for a closing wine dinner.
