Business One Roadshow
Goal: Expand the market for a product, regionally.
SAP Latin America wanted to create an event that would promote Business One, an integrated business management software solution for small and medium-sized businesses. They came to us with a challenge: how do we replicate the concept, design & logistics of this event across the region in order to deliver a unified brand message?
Forums worked closely with SAP to produce a regional roadshow that allowed prospective customers to participate in interactive sessions where they learned about the features of the Business One solution as well as listened to the success stories of the clients that were are already using it. Taking place in Peru, Chile, Colombia, Trinidad, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, the events gave SAP the opportunity to engage and strengthen relationships with new customers.
SAP relied on Forums to maximize attendance, ensure smooth logistics throughout and create an environment where customers could fully experience all that Business One has to offer.
