Norton Antivirus 2010 Product Launch
Goal: Celebrate the launch of a new product on a budget
Symantec Latin America wanted to celebrate the launch of the latest version of their award-winning anti-virus software. They came to us with a challenge: how can we create an experience that will allow us to present our product’s new and improved features while at the same time having a lot of fun? Working with a tight budget, we came up with an out-of-box-solution: a night at a bowling alley.
Symantec’s distributors were invited to learn about the anti-virus software’s features and key benefits. After the seminar, the group enjoyed cocktails and a casual buffet of appetizers and snacks. They finished off the night with a glow-in-the-dark bowling competition.
Forums helped Symantec to coordinate every detail, including:
- RSVP telemarketing
- Venue logistics
- Production of collateral materials
- Production of gifts and giveaways, including a sports shirt & bowling socks
