Goal: Create an unforgettable networking experience.
Alcatel Lucent, held a 3 day kick-off focused on setting goals for the upcoming year and reviewing the overall business models and market trends for Latin America. They counted on Forums to create an unforgettable networking experience for the attendees, during which they could get to know each other better and bond.
Responsible for designing and producing the evening events on a limited budget, we planned two theme parties where attendees could kick back and have fun: a 60’s inspired pool party, and a “Glow in the Dark” night. We took care of every detail, including lighting, themed entertainers, music and giveaways.
