Founder & President
Alex is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in producing events throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Before founding Forums Event Design & Production, she headed up the marketing department at Merisel Latin America. While there, she produced hundreds of events, conventions and meetings, introducing the company’s most important conference, Soft Teach, to Latin American markets. As President, Alex focuses on service and operations in order to help our clients meet and exceed their goals. She has enjoyed leading a number of events for Dell, Canon, Cisco, Samsung, Xerox and others.
As CEO of Forums Event Design & Production, Ali leads the company’s growth and expansion into new industries. Her strength lies in developing client relationships and managing account teams to plan and implement the best product on a variety of event programs. A graduate of the University of Florida, she brings more than a decade of experience in advertising, marketing and communications.
Director, Finance & Accounting
Since opening our doors in 2000, Pilar has served as the Director of Finance & Accounting. Overseeing the company’s accounting, human resources and risk management, she maintains the financial discipline necessary to operate the business profitably. She’s also responsible for reviewing the finances of each project, finding ways to maximize value for our clients.
